Our new 5 STEP process makes it easy for you to see where we are in creating your design! Now let’s review the process of each of these steps below;
Step 1: CONNECT
Visit our connect page and send us a brief regarding your project in the fillable text sections. Once your message is received, a BMBurch designer will E-mail you a return brief to schedule a consultation. This consultation will consist of our designer collecting all needed information about your project from you. We will conduct research and develop a design concept around your budget, then draft a design contract that meets your project(s) needs.
Step 2: DESIGN
After approving a design concept, the designer may provide you with their ideas for your brand design or provide you with a few rough ideas and draft sketches. While the design concept is being created with our professional design softwares, you will be notified via E-mail or SMS text message. This message will include design details, address concerns, and provide an estimated time of when your design is completed and ready for feedback.
Step 3: PRESENT
After your design is complete, we will present your design to you and your colleagues for feedback via E-mail message or a Dropbox link for review. If everything looks perfect, let us know, and skip ahead to Step 5. But if we have to make a few adjustments, then continue to Step 4.
Step 4: REFINE
After you receive your project from us, proceed to review the final design. If you find an issue that need to be corrected, contact us immediately. By doing so, we can refine and resolve any minor or major flaws that need tweaking as soon as possible. Once the final changes have been made and everything looks great, let us know, then proceed to Step 5.
(Revisions made after the client approves of the final design are subjected to revision fees).
Step 5: LAUNCH
After you approve and sign off on the final design concept our company will send you an E-mail invoice for completed work. Once you complete the invoice, we move on to the stage of delivery. Your project will now be delivered to you and your colleagues with copies in the correct file format. Now you are ready to launch your brand’s new project into the public!
